1. Ma'anar Asali da Ka'idoji

2.3 Madubin da ke iya canza siffar MEMS: Ana canza gaban igiyar ruwa ta hanyar tura saman madubin ya canza ta hanyar amfani da hanyoyin microelectromechanical. Halayen sune ci gaba da sarrafa siffar saman da kuma amsawa cikin sauri, amma farashin yana da tsada sosai. 3. Muhimman yanayin aikace-aikace
